- 如果收到產品後發現內容物跟訂單不同,如錯發/漏發等問題,請於7天內與我們聯絡!
If you find that the contents of the package do not match your order—such as incorrect or missing items—please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- 如是錯發產品請確保產品包裝完好無缺,待我們通知後進行回收,假若發現錯發產品在寄回來後包裝有損毀,一律當已使用處理,恕不進行替換,請萬分留意。
For incorrectly shipped items, please ensure the packaging remains intact and undamaged. Wait for our instructions before returning the item. If we find that the packaging is damaged upon return, the item will be considered used and will not be eligible for exchange. Please take extra care.
