感謝選購我們的商品。當收款成功後，我們會立即進行包裝與出貨；訂單出貨等狀態將以通知方式告知。 Thank you for purchasing our products. Once payment is confirmed, we will proceed with packaging and shipping. You will receive notifications regarding your order status.


🚚 出貨時間與配送 | Shipping Schedule & Methods

  • 本地訂單：一般於 3–5 天內發貨
    Local Orders: Usually shipped within 3–5 business days

  • 國際訂單：每週 星期六統一發貨；如於 星期五下單，將安排於 下週六發貨 International Orders: Shipped every Saturday; orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Saturday

  • 配送方式選擇：請按需要選擇合適的配送方式
    Delivery Method: Please choose the shipping option that best suits your needs


❌ 不設退貨及退款 | No Returns & No Refunds

  • 本店商品一律 不設退貨及退款，恕不接受因「不喜歡／不想要／不合心意」等個人原因提出的申請。
    All items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable. We do not accept requests based on reasons such as “dislike,” “change of mind,” or “not as expected.”

  • 訂單一經確認，恕不接受任何取消、退貨或退款要求。
    Once an order is confirmed, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not accepted.

  • 貨品一經寄出不予退換；如有問題請於 7 天內與我們聯絡
    No exchanges after shipment; please contact us within 7 days if there is an issue


🛠 品質或配錯商品之處理 | Incorrect or Defective Items

  • 申請期限：若收到的商品與訂單不符，請於 7 天內依以下指引聯絡我們
    Claim Period: Contact us within 7 days if the received item does not match your order

    • (a) 提供照片：請提供實際收到之商品清晰照片
      (a) Provide Photos: Clear images of the received item

    • (b) 商品狀態：退回商品須完整無缺且不影響二次銷售，包括未開封、未使用、包裝標籤、配件齊全，並以原裝包裝退回
      (b) Item Condition: Must be intact, unopened, unused, with all packaging, labels, and accessories, returned in original packaging

  • 標籤撕毀：若商品標籤已被撕毀或不符以上條件，退換貨視為無效；商品將以 順豐到付原樣退回
    Label Damage: If labels are removed or conditions are not met, the return/exchange will be invalid; the item will be sent back via SF Express freight collect


💰 退換運費承擔 | Return Shipping Costs

  • 任何換貨之 來回運費及相關成本（含海關稅費、再派送費、包材費等）均由客人承擔
    All exchange shipping costs and related fees (including customs duties, re‑delivery fees, packaging costs, etc.) are borne by the customer

  • 建議使用 可追蹤的物流服務並妥善包裝；如因包裝不當導致損壞，恕不受理
    We recommend using trackable shipping services and proper packaging; damage due to poor packaging will not be accepted
